All the reforms implemented in our country have the goal of "glorification of human dignity" and protection of our peopleʼs manats, including the strengthening of this by law and its strengthening in civil society. The Law on State Civil Service No. ORQ-788 of 08.08.2022 also serves as the main foundation for glorifying human interests. Based on this law, it is envisaged to introduce a new system for the recruitment of civil servants, and through this system, each candidate will be accepted as a civil servant based on the evaluation criteria of his work and achievements.
