MECHANISMS FOR TRANSFORMING WORK CULTURE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO IMPROVE YOUTH ACTIVITIES

Abstract

This article analyzes important aspects of the formation and development of a work culture to enhance the professional performance of young people. It demonstrates that mechanisms for acquiring knowledge through the teacher-student system, mentoring, modern online platforms, and interactive courses are effective in improving the skills and professional effectiveness of young people. The article describes the influence of corporate and professional culture, innovative technologies, entrepreneurial thinking, intellectual development, and social responsibility on work culture. The importance of learning from mistakes, transformational processes, and creating a healthy work environment in youth activities is emphasized. These findings highlight the need for a systems approach based on national and international experience.
