SOCIAL FACTORS OF WOMEN’S EMPLOYMENT IN MODERN SOCIETY

This article analyzes the main social factors influencing women’s employment in modern society from socio-philosophical and economic perspectives. The study examines the relationship between women’s employment and education level, family traditions, childcare responsibilities, gender stereotypes, working conditions, as well as differences between rural and urban areas. In addition, the paper highlights the close connection between women’s economic activity and processes of social development, social stability, and realization of human potential. The study concludes that women’s employment is not only an economic process but also a complex social phenomenon related to social consciousness, value systems, and issues of equal opportunities.
