THE TECHNOSPHERE: PATTERNS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT

This article discusses the fact that the concept of law in everyday life is often used in legal, socio-economic, and philosophical meanings. At the same time, it analyzes philosophical laws, the patterns and stages of the formation and development of technology, engineering, and the technosphere, as well as the relationship between the technosphere and the noosphere.
