DIGITAL REFORMS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR POLITICAL COMPETENCIES

Abstract

This article analyzes the digital reforms carried out in the field of social protection in the Republic of Uzbekistan and examines the impact of these processes on the political competence of public administration management personnel. The article highlights the significance of the activities of "Inson" social services centers and other innovative structures in state-society relations. The scientific novelty of the research is that the issues of digital meritocracy and the formation of digital political immunity among social protection workers against infodemics are comprehensively revealed for the first time. As a result, the expediency of institutional guarantees through digital recruiting platforms and a 4-stage career model for growing promising personnel is confirmed. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the digital transformation processes in the field require a transition to open principles and innovative approaches in personnel policy.
