The article attempts to prove on the basis of facts that the Chinese reform model has gone beyond its limits and is recognized by world opinion as a completely new phenomenon of development. Also at the end of the twentieth century, in the context of the transformation of China's foreign policy and the formation of new independent states in Central Asia, the foundations for the formation of geopolitical interests in this region were analyzed.
