This article explores the Jadidist movement, which emerged as the first political party on the borders of our country, as well as the emergence of this movement, its place in the socio-political life of society, and the enhancement of political consciousness and thinking among the population, ensuring political participation. This article analyzed within the framework of Lipset and Rokkan's theory of “cleavage”, advanced researchers of political parties.
