New trends in Uzbekistan's foreign policy include, but are not limited to, the expansion of the scope of diplomacy and the diversification of its means, the strengthening of the rationalisation of foreign policy and the rule of law, the increased focus on humanism and the humanitarian agenda, the promotion of domestic economic development and the well-being of the people through economic and humanitarian diplomacy, and the shaping and presentation of a more moderate and open image of the country. These changes have greatly enriched the content of Uzbekistan's foreign policy and achieved optimistic results in practice. The paper clarifies three levels of Uzbekistan's foreign policy: diplomacy with neighbouring countries, diplomacy with major powers and international organisations and humanitarian diplomacy, and public diplomacy. This article attempts to summarise and analyse some of the main cases in order to provide a more objective assessment of the implementation and impact of Uzbekistan's foreign policy. The article analyzes the issues of historical and cultural community, similarities and intercultural cooperation, based on many factors, including economic, political and cultural, in the formation of regional integration of the country of Central Asia foreign policy priorities – Uzbekistan.
