GLOBAL VALUE CHAIN AND LABOR RESOURCES: EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract

The article analyzes the essence and advantages of the global value chain. The possibilities of the negative impact of GVCs on the labor market are considered, and models for the development of social partnership in resolving labor disputes in the context of the globalization of the world economy are analyzed. The article also substantiates the impact of GVCs on reducing the level of gender discrimination and the use of child labor in developing countries.
