The impact of a professional organization on this high level of educational leadership is evaluated. Meeting development professional programs enable leaders to think strategically, manage teams, and create innovations. This process serves the personal development of state leaders and the general sum of educational needs. The article provides information about the importance of professional methods and modern management controls. based on experience, experiences, and professional programs are reviewed.
