THE MEANING AND FORMS OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL ACTIVITY OF A SPECIALIST

This article discusses the activities of a specialist as a participant in criminal proceedings. It addresses the forms and types of the specialist's participation in criminal justice. It also highlights the role of the specialist in conducting forensic research.
