This article analyzes the main problems that arise in the process of studying the terminology of legal texts using parallel corpora, as well as ways to eliminate them. International and local legal documents, along with their translations into Uzbek, Russian, and English, were selected as the research material. The article identifies urgent issues such as terminological discrepancies, syntactic complexity, the problem of low-resource languages, and translator subjectivity. It also proposes practical solutions, including creating glossaries, strengthening cooperation with expert specialists, using automated corpus analysis tools, and developing new parallel corpora. The results of the study show that effective use of parallel corpora significantly expands the possibilities for accurate, consistent, and reliable research of legal terminology.
