This article classifies the literary sources that served as the foundation for the dramatic works of Nafas Shodmonov. The sources that influenced the formation of his plays have been thoroughly examined and analyzed. The study also explores the materials that contributed to the creation of characters, plot development, and compositional structure in the playwright’s works. Furthermore, an in-depth analysis of Shodmonov’s artistic thinking is provided, along with scientific evidence demonstrating the impact of literary sources on the development of his dramas using the examples from his plays.
