COMMUNICATIVE-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPING CONFLICTOLOGICAL CULTURE AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN PROBLEM SITUATIONS AMONG PROSPECTIVE TEACHERS

Abstract

This article examines the development of conflictological culture and effective communication skills in problem situations among prospective teachers through the lens of the communicative approach. Drawing on theoretical analysis and quasi-experimental diagnostic data obtained in a higher pedagogical education context, the study argues that conflictological culture and the ability to interact constructively in complex pedagogical situations constitute essential components of teachers’ communicative competence. The paper demonstrates that a dialogic and learner-centered educational environment, the systematic use of interactive and practice-oriented teaching methods, the organization of reflective activities, and the integration of digital communication tools serve as key communicative-pedagogical conditions for fostering these qualities in future teachers. Comparative diagnostic results from control and experimental groups indicate that the comprehensive implementation of these conditions leads to a marked decrease in the proportion of students with a low level of conflictological culture and communicative skills and a significant increase in those demonstrating a high level of development. The author concludes that institutional support for a culture of professional communication in universities and the further refinement of teacher education programs on the basis of the communicative approach are crucial for preparing prospective teachers to manage pedagogical conflicts constructively.
