SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF HALAL TOURISM UNITS IN THE LINGUISTIC LANDSCAPE OF THE ARABIC LANGUAGE

Abstract

This article analyzes the semantic features of units related to halal tourism in the linguistic landscape of the Arabic language. The study explores the content of the concept of “halal” and its process of expansion in modern tourism discourse. The semantic field of the main units related to halal tourism, their interrelations, as well as the phenomena of polysemy and synonymy are identified. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the terminology of halal tourism possesses a multi-layered semantic system and has not yet been fully standardized.
