This article is devoted to the structural and semantic analysis of the phraseological system of the modern Arabic literary language. The study examines the semantic integrity of stable expressions and the degree of interrelation between their constituent components based on fundamental principles of linguistic classification. Special attention is given to the classification and characteristics of Arabic phraseological units formed through idafa constructions, complex adjectival structures, and verbal combinations, as well as to their expressive potential in speech.
