LINGUOCULTURAL ANALYSIS OF CERTAIN METAPHORS IN THE NOVEL “MIRONSHOH MIRZO”

Metaphors are considered linguistic units that encapsulate facets of a people's national identity, worldview, way of thinking, and culture. This article presents a linguocultural analysis of specific metaphors found in historical-literary texts.
