This article examines the linguocultural characteristics of paremiological units employed in the Uzbek epic Qunduz va Yulduz. Proverbs, sayings, and aphoristic expressions are analyzed as significant linguistic means reflecting the historical experience, national worldview, and cultural values of the Uzbek people. The study explores the semantic structure of these paremiological units, their artistic and aesthetic functions, their role in character portrayal, and their contribution to the development of the epic narrative from a linguocultural perspective. Particular attention is paid to the national concepts embodied in the paremiological units, including courage, patience, honor, loyalty, justice, wisdom, love, and human dignity.
