THE LITERARY-SUFI INTERPRETATION OF THE STAGES OF FANA, CONTEMPLATION, AND THE SELF IN ISAJON SULTON’S NOVEL “ALISHER NAVOI”

This article examines the artistic and Sufi concepts in Isajon Sulton's novel “Alisher Navoi”. The spiritual evolution of Navoi's inner world is analyzed through the essential Sufi stages: fana (annihilation of the self), tafakkur (contemplation of cosmic wisdom), and the states of nafs (specifically nafs al-mutma’innah). The author's artistic skill in integrating Quranic verses, the symbolism of nature, and the story of “Unsiya” is scientifically substantiated.
