Gulrukh Latifovna Imamova ,Abstract
This article examines the theoretical foundations of literary kinship, similarity and paradox as major methodological categories of comparative literature. Based on Ernest Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea and Erkin A’zam’s “Tanho qayiq”, the paper reveals the role of these concepts in comparative literary analysis. The study demonstrates their significance in interpreting universal human values and national literary characteristics.
