World linguistics has long examined topics like lexical-semantic, stylistic, and the origin of color-expressing units in many languages from comparative, historical, and system-structural perspectives. We have examined the activity of color-representing units in speech in this paper. We have analyzed the fact that these units may be examined from several angles and are frequently found in phraseological units, proverbs, riddles, short sayings, similes, and metaphorical units.
