CERTAIN ASPECTS OF CYBERCRIMES COMMITTED BY BANK EMPLOYEES AND IT SPECIALISTS

The article discusses crimes committed through internet networks, foreign experiences in preventing cybercrimes perpetrated by bank employees and IT specialists, current issues in the qualification of crimes committed via internet networks in our country, as well as proposals for improving and utilizing a unified legislative practice in this field in the future and supplementing criminal legislation.
