
PROSPECTS OF COOPERATION IN DEVELOPING ETHNOTURISM IN CROSS-BORDER REGIONS (on the example of Central Asia)

The article analyzes the prospects for the development of cross-border ethnotourism in the Central Asian region. It is noted that the rich cultural and historical heritage of the region creates enormous potential for ethnotourism. Through ethnotourism, it is possible to enhance cultural exchange between peoples, preserve common historical monuments, and strengthen regional cooperation. It also discusses increasing the region's competitiveness in the international tourism market through measures such as improving infrastructure, introducing digital technologies, and promoting tourism facilities globally.
