In this article, the intangible cultural heritage of the dish “khamir soldi” prepared in the village of Nanay, Yangikurgan district, Namangan region, as well as the local attribution feature in the development of tourism is researched. The unique cooking method, taste and harmony with the nature of the region contribute to the sustainable development of domestic and foreign tourism of our country. Wider study and promotion of local traditions related to the preparation of “khamir soldi” dish prepared in Nanay is one of the factors of further development of ethnotourism potential of the district.
