COMMUNICATIVE POLICY OF THE PERSONALITY OF THE SULTAN OF OMAN IN THE CONTEXT OF THE GULF COUNTRIES

This article examines the Sultan of Oman’s personal political communication strategy in the context of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. It analyzes the Sultan’s style of engaging with the public, his use of mass media and digital platforms, and the role of these communicative strategies in fostering political stability and legitimacy.
