This article analyzes the features of the formation and manifestation of legal culture in the conditions of the information society. The rapid development of digital technologies and the Internet is fundamentally changing the means of forming the legal consciousness of citizens, giving rise to the concept of new digital rights, and has a socio-cultural impact on legal values and experience.
