This article aims to identify the fundamental axiological criteria that regulate the relationship between the individual and society in the philosophical legacy of Babur. Justice is interpreted as the moral foundation of governance and a fundamental ethical principle ensuring social stability. At the same time, the phenomenon of love is examined as a socio-ethical force that shapes a person’s inner development, spiritual maturity, and moral elevation within Babur’s worldview. The study subjects the poetic and educational dimensions of Babur’s works to philosophical analysis, revealing their humanistic ideas, an attitude that regards the human being as the highest value, and the mechanisms through which moral and spiritual ideals are formed. The author considers justice and love as the two essential axiological pillars of Babur’s philosophy and provides a philosophical justification for their influence on societal progress, the development of political consciousness, and the culture of humanism.
