MECHANISMS AND SOCIAL FACTORS OF RENEWAL OF HISTORICAL MEMORY IN MODERN UZBEKISTAN SOCIETY
Farruh Nabiyev ,Abstract
This article analyzes the mechanisms of renewal of historical memory in modern Uzbek society and the social factors influencing this process. In the post-independence period, the processes of restoring national identity, re-evaluation of spiritual heritage, and interpretation of historical realities based on the requirements of the time have intensified. The article scientifically studies the main factors influencing the transformation of historical memory - globalization, expansion of the information space, state policy, the education system, modern values in the minds of young people, and new forms of social communication. It also draws conclusions about the role of historical memory in strengthening social cohesion in society, forming national identity, and developing social consciousness. The study shows that the processes of historical memory in modern Uzbekistan are complex, multifactorial, and dynamic.
