THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF UZBEKISTAN AMID GLOBAL TRANSFORMATIONS: A SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL APPROACH

This article analyzes the issues of improving the efficiency of governance in the context of socio-political and economic reforms in New Uzbekistan through the use of strategic modeling. The study explores the evolutionary and reformist aspects of the Uzbek model and examines the dialectical interrelation between the Action Strategy and the Development Strategy from a philosophical perspective. Special attention is given to the role of strategic modeling in societal development and to the relevance of applying systematic analysis and forecasting methods in public administration.
