CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL TIES OF THE PEOPLES OF CENTRAL ASIA AS AN EFFECTIVE DIALOGUE AND ITS INTEGRATION INTO THE GLOBAL CULTURAL SPACE

This article, using sources, archival materials, and literature, analyzes the cultural and spiritual ties of the peoples of the Central Asian republics during the years of independence. Since gaining independence, the Central Asian republics have focused on restoring and developing their history, culture, and traditions. Cultural events held in states at the international level contributed to the exchange and mutual enrichment of the cultures of fraternal peoples and the expansion of the scope of cooperation. They also contributed, in conditions of independence, to a comprehensive understanding of spiritual values and the current state of achievements of peoples, and to the successful development of various forms of cultural cooperation.
