This research is devoted to analyzing the socio-philosophical foundations of the emerging new regional identity in Central Asia. The strengthening of mutual trust among the states of the region, the deepening of cooperation, the rethinking of the shared historical and cultural heritage, and the integration processes driven by geopolitical transformations have given a strong impetus to the formation of a new regional identity. The study philosophically and methodologically substantiates the new conceptual profile of Central Asia, grounded in principles such as “regional solidarity,” “interconnectedness,” “joint development,” and “indivisibility of security.” Practical processes–including the political will of regional leaders, collective resolution of regional challenges, economic cooperation, transport and energy interdependence, measures against ecological risks, and cultural-humanitarian rapprochement–are examined as key factors shaping regional distinctiveness. The findings of the research contribute to understanding the philosophical interpretation of regional integration in Central Asia, the conceptual model of the new regional mindset, and the theoretical approaches that define the region’s future trajectory.
