SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE ELEVATION OF WOMEN’S IMAGE IN THE FORMATION OF THE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM AND POLITICAL ELITE OF NEW UZBEKISTAN
Gulbahor Orziqulova ,Abstract
This study analyzes the processes of gender stratification and the institutionalization of women's political subjectivity within the socio-political space of the Republic of Uzbekistan between 2017 and 2025 through the prism of social philosophy methodology. The work reveals the complex dialectics of the transition process from a traditional paternalistic state model to a modern governance paradigm based on meritocratic and egalitarian principles. The author scientifically substantiates the correlation between the improvement of the legislative framework and real political practice, the level of legitimacy of the quota system, as well as qualitative changes in the recruitment of the political elite. The study interprets the institution of the “Women's Notebook” (Ayollar daftari) not merely as an innovative mechanism for ensuring social justice, but as an ontological factor that humanizes state governance. In the conclusion, prognostic theses regarding the impact of gender balance on societal stability and the efficiency of the political system are put forward.
