HISTORY OF VIEWS ON SOCIAL STRATIFICATION

This article discusses the general theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the social structure of society, property and lifestyle of people in society as the basis of stratification structures in the works of ancient philosophers. It also mentions the essence of the concept of stratification, the socio-class structure of modern societies, and its role in the development and decline of states.
