Abstract

Inflammatory diseases of the nose and paranasal cavities are often observed in patients with pneumonia outside the hospital. What methods should be used to treat chronic rhinosinusitis in out-of-hospital pneumonia patients, which pathology should be treated first, and to develop effective treatment methods to prevent prolongation or recurrence of these diseases, modern practical medicine is needed. It is known that as a result of microaspiration of pathogenic microflora in the upper respiratory tract, complications in the lower respiratory tract occur. Taking into account the interrelationship of the upper and lower respiratory tract, effective measures for the treatment of patients were developed according to the severity levels of pneumonia and rhinosinusitis outside the hospital.
