Abstract

This article analyzes the structure of neurological syndromes associated with primary hypothyroidism, with cognitive impairments and polyneuropathies being the most common. The study results demonstrate that the severity of syndromes correlates with TSH levels and TPO antibodies. Additionally, the age of patients significantly influences the distribution and severity of neurological complications, highlighting the need for an individualized approach to diagnosis and treatment.
