Abstract

The article presents the results of a retrospective analysis of the pre-hospital stage of medical care provided to patients with acute cerebrovascular accidents in the Bukhara Region. The study included 230 patients. It was established that the total pre-hospital time was 159.7 ± 38.2 minutes, with delayed patient presentation being the main factor contributing to the delay (96.8 ± 30.4 minutes). Correct diagnosis of stroke at the pre-hospital stage was established in 76.5% of cases, while diagnostic errors were identified in 23.5% of cases. Routing problems were identified in 33.0% of patients, including hospitalization in non-specialized facilities and the need for secondary transportation. The findings indicate significant organizational and diagnostic problems and support the need to develop algorithms to optimize pre-hospital care.
