Abstract

Among the clinical forms of TBI, according to various authors, concussion dominates - from 81 to 90% [3,5]. Brain contusions of varying severity are detected in 5-13% of patients [6]. At the same time, patients with mild TBI prevail – 80%. From 30 to 50% of cases are moderate and severe brain contusions [11]. Intracranial hematomas with compression of the brain are observed in 1 to 9% of cases [19].
