This article examines the neurological status of patients with chronic cerebral ischemia (CI) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The coexistence of these two diseases further reduces blood flow to the brain and increases the level of hypoxia, which can lead to worsening of the neurological condition. Within the framework of the study, the patients' neurological symptoms, sleep and restlessness were evaluated. According to the obtained results, when SI and OSOK occur together, neurological complications develop faster in patients and the condition worsens

Using the HPLC method with sequential UV detection, it was possible to identify phenolic compounds in hydroalcoholic extracts of Basella rubra L., dihydroquercetin, rutin, rosavin, quercetin and salidroside were found in the leaves and stems of Basella rubra L. The identified compounds are found in large quantities in the leaves, and the major component of them is rutin (82.14 mg / g in leaves and 52.41 mg / g in stems). From the obtained data, it can be concluded that Basella rubra L., which has a wide range of medicinal properties due to the diversity of chemical components, can be further studied for toxicological and other parameters to obtain a valuable effective phytopreparation.

In this article, the importance of early neurorehabilitation in the period of acute mia strokes is studied. In the first days after an acute stroke, it is difficult to start neurorehabilitation, accelerate functional recovery, and get rid of neologism. In the study, various methods and investigations were carried out in the rehabilitation process. The results show that the right approach to early neurorehabilitation improves the recovery process and improves the quality of life.

Plants of the genus Delphinium have long been used in the Tibetan region due to their medicinal properties, and their analgesic, antibacterial, anxiolytic, antidepressant and anticancer activity is due to their main biologically active compounds, alkaloids, flavonoids and sterols. The review of this article summarized the compounds and pharmacological effects of the genus Delphinium and serves as a source of information necessary for further research.
