Abstract

In the article, experiments were carried out on white mice on normobaric, hemic and cytotoxic methods of acute hypoxia when administered orally at a dose of 10; 30 and 60 mg/kg dry grape seed extract under normal conditions. According to the results obtained, the obtained extract showed high antihypoxic activity compared with the control group and the reference drug mildronate.
